'This 70-year-old patient is rehabbing from a fractured proximal humerus (upper arm). She has made incredible progress with improved range of motion (ROM) and strength allowing for improved functional independence and progression to more advanced exercises. She is performing an advanced version of the pulldown with her legs in tabletop position. This advanced version is only possible when sufficient lumbopelvic (core) stabilization has been achieved. Effective and efficient rehab is criterion-based, not time-based.
